आकाशचिन्ह परवानगी करीता अर्ज सादर केलेल्या अभिकरणाचे नाव

ज्या जागेवर/इमारतीवर आकाशचिन्ह प्रदर्शित करण्याचे प्रस्तावित असेल त्या जामिनीचे/इमारतीचे मालकी हक्क

1. ज्या जमिनीवर/इमारतीवर आकाशचिन्ह प्रदर्शित करण्याचे प्रस्तावति आहे त्या जमिनीच्या/ इमारतीच्या मालकांकडून घेतलेले ना हरकत प्रमाणपत्र, प्रॉपर्टी कार्ड आणि कर पावती जोडलेले आहे काय ?

No Objection Certificate (NOC), Property Card and Tax Receipt from the landlord of the land or building over which advertisement is proposed to be displayed.

2. UNDERTAKING जोडलेला आहे काय ?

3. ज्या जागेवर/इमारतीवर आकाशचिन्ह प्रदर्शित करावयाचे आहे ती जमीन महानगरपालिका, शासन, महाराष्ट्र गृहनिर्माण व क्षेत्र विकास प्रधिकरण, नागपूर महानगर प्रदेश विकास प्राधिकरण इत्यादी सारख्या सार्वजनिक प्राधिकरणांकडून भाडेपटटयाने देण्यात आलेली असेल तर पटटाधारकाचे (Leassor) चे नाहरकत प्रमाणपत्र जोडलेले आहे काय ?

If the land on which advertisement is to be displayed is given on lease by a public authority, viz. Corporation, Government, Port Trust, MHADA, MMRDA etc. No Objection Certificate from the lesser is also required.

4. इमारतीच्या गच्चीवरील फलकाबाबत सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्थेच्या सर्वसाधारण सभेच्या मान्यतेने दिलेले नाहरकत प्रमाणपत्र किंवा इमारतीतील सभासदापैकी किमान 2/3 सहमतीने नाहरकत प्रमाणपत्र जोडलेले आहे काय ?

In case of hoarding on the terrace of a building, No Objection Certificate from the General Body Co-operative Housing Society is necessary. In other cases, the No Objection Certificate from 2/3rd members of the building is necessary.

5. सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्थेचे नाहरकत प्रमाणपत्र असेल तर, सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्थेच्या सर्वसाधारण सभेच्या बैठकीमध्ये रीतसर मंजुर केलेल्या ठरावाची प्रमाणीत केलेली प्रत जोडलेली आहे काय ?

If the No Objection Certificate is from a Co-operative Housing Society, the certified copy of the Resolution duly passed in the General Body Meeting.

6. प्रस्तावित आकाशचिन्ह उभारण्याचे ठिकाण दर्शविणाऱ्या आधारभुत नकाशाच्या संरचना अभियंत्याने साक्षांकीत केलेल्या दोन प्रती जोडलेल्या आहेत काय ?

Two copies of proposed hoarding location plan duly attested by the Structural Engineer.

7. प्रस्तावित आकाशचिन्ह स्थळाची आखणी व रंगयोजना आणी त्याचे नेमके स्थान दर्शविणारे रेखाचित्र तसेच बाहय प्रकाश व्यवस्थेसह संगणक निर्मित संकल्पचित्र यांचा दोन प्रती जोडलेला आहे काय ?

Two copies of the design and colour scheme and sketch showing the exact location of the proposed site in question, including computer generated design image along with external lighting fixtures.

8. प्रस्तावित आकाशचिन्ह स्थळावरील प्रस्तावित फलकाच्या चिन्हांकनासह त्या स्थळाची 10” X 8” आकाराची दोन छायाचित्र जोडलेली आहेत काय ?

Two copies of 10”x 8” size photograph of the proposed site with marking of the proposed hoarding thereon.

9. त्या स्थानामध्ये 40 मिटरच्या आत एकाच रांगेत कोणतेही झाडे किंवा अन्य कोण्त्याही फलक अस्तिीतवात असल्याचे त्यांच्या आकारासह दर्शविणाऱ्या त्या स्थानाच्या जवळच्या दोन प्रती जोडलेल्या आहेत काय ?

Two copies of the location plan indicating presence of any trees or any other hoarding within 40 meters of the location along the same alignment and dimensions thereof. The details of the owners, if known, may be given.

10. आवश्कता असल्यास पोलिस (वाहतुक) विभागाच्या सक्षम अधिकारी आणी नागपूर महानगरपालिकेच्या उद्यान विभाग यांच्याकडुन सक्षम प्राधिकारीचे नाहरकत प्रमाणपत्र जोडलेले आहे काय ?

No Objection Certificate from the office of Traffic department and Garden Department of the Corporation, if necessary.

11. भारत सरकारच्या नागरी विमानचल विभागाचे नाहरकत प्रमाणपत्र जोडलेला आहे काय ?

No Objection Certificate from the Civil Aviation Department of the Government of India wherever necessary.

12. लायसन्स प्राप्त संरचना अभियंत्याने मान्य केलेल्या संचनात्मक मांडणी किंवा आराखडा जोडलेला आहे काय ?

The Structural design or plan, approved by a Licensed Structural Engineer.

13. ज्या इमारतीवर आकाशचिन्ह उभारावयाचे प्रस्तावित आहे त्या इमारतीचे लायसन्स प्राप्त संरचना अभियंत्याचे संरचना मजबुती प्रमाणपत्र आवश्यक आहे काय ?

The structural stability certificate, from Licensed Structural Engineer, of the building on which the advertisement is to be erected and the structural stability certificate of the hoarding structure.

14. महाराष्ट्र दुकाने व आस्थापना अधिनियम 2017 अन्वये नोंदणी प्रमाणपत्र (Shop & Establishment Certificate) सेवाकर (General Service Tax Certificate) जोडलेला आहे काय ?

The Registration Certificate under the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 and General Service Tax Certificate.
